The Alsatian ESN Acesi seizes the Lille Yourax. The group, which has around a hundred employees, spread between Strasbourg, Besançon, Reims, Basel and Geneva (Switzerland), already provides its 350 client companies with tailor-made and varied services: consulting, cybersecurity, integration, telecoms, cloud and managed services. It is counting on this takeover to strengthen its offer around computer security and impose itself in the field in the north-eastern quarter of France.

For its part, Yourax specializes in cybersecurity, infrastructure and cloud services. It offers its 300 customers tailor-made support to secure, optimize and manage their information system. The company has 30 employees and achieved a turnover of €6.5 million in 2021.

Objective: €25 million in turnover in 2022

Based on Yourax’s expertise in cybersecurity, this takeover provides the Acesi group with a complete offer in this area including consulting, integration and outsourcing. All of the ESN’s agencies now offer its cybersecurity offer under the Yourax label. The Lille company will have access to all Acesi offers and will be able to present them to its customers. Furthermore, the establishment of Yourax in the North region should strengthen the influence of the ESN in this territory.

The company has already recorded a turnover of €19 million in 2021 and plans, with this acquisition, to reach €25 million by the end of 2022. The new entity has 130 employees serving more than 600 customers. .
