DocuSign and Salesforce have announced that they are strengthening their ties with the integration of DocuSign on Slack, acquired in December 2020 by the CRM SaaS specialist. Its Customer 360 platform is also enriched for various objectives: improving remote collaboration between teams, offering additional tools to facilitate contracts, quotes, invoices but also to monitor and strengthen contractual clauses and control all contract lifecycle management.

Among the announcements made, DocuSign indicates that the DocuSign eSignature for Slack is available now while CLM DocuSign for Slack will be available in 2022. Another announcement, the availability of DocuSign Gen for Salesforce Billing. “Customers can close, invoice and recognize revenue more easily with labeled invoices, right in Billing, with configurable templates. They can also schedule the creation and dispatch of invoices in batches or generate an invoice on demand, in order to ensure better respect of payment deadlines ”specified DocuSign in a blog post.

Automatically generated agreements and contracts

Other upgrades, focused on agreements and contracts, will be available no later than 2022. Thus, DocuSign Gen for Salesforce CPQ Plus – which aims to automatically generate customizable agreements from Salesforce – has just been launched. For DocuSign CLM for Salesforce Field Service, which aims to automate the management of obligations, it will however be necessary to wait until 2022.
