ERP editor TVH Consulting supports its growth with 21 Invest France
The investment fund 21 Invest France took control of the ERP integrator TVH Consulting. The latter is counting on his support, in particular to buy other companies, some of which are already in his sights.
TVH consulting changes its financial partner to begin a new phase of its development. Last month, the ERP integrator and vertical editor formalized the repurchase of a majority of its shares by the investment fund 21 Invest France. The latter has already controlled the business ERP publisher DL Software for more than four years. The shares in TVH Consuling were acquired from a pool of shareholders led by Sparring Capital, which has been supporting the company since 2016. The operation also allowed reinvestment of management and all of the employee shareholders.
ERP and in-house BI modules in 10 vertical sectors
Founded in 2003, TVH consulting is managed by Ahmed Mahcer and Eric Boisneault, respectively president and general manager. The company claims a turnover of 30 M € (60% in services), a workforce of 170 people and 300 customers. More than 70% of its projects are carried out internationally. It provides SMEs and mid-cap companies with integration services around Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP S / 4 HANA solutions. Beyond the partnerships with these publishers, TVH Consulting has also developed in-house ERP and BI modules dedicated to 10 specific vertical sectors, such as those of cooperatives, life sciences, distribution or even industry. manufacturing.
Already two takeovers since 2017
By including 21 Invest France in its capital, TVH Consulting’s objective is to be supported in maintaining its rate of strong organic growth. The company also wants to expand its offer and strengthen its position in market segments where it is already present, by purchasing integrators or publishers. Several acquisitions of this type offering strong synergies have already been identified. TVH Consulting’s last external growth operation dates back to 2019. It targeted Cosmos Consulting, an integrator specializing in SAP and Talend solutions in BI and data integration. Earlier in 2017, the company had acquired Cadexpert, a pure player in the integration of pre-packaged SAP ERP.
